Directions: (15 minutes by cab from the Port of Cartagena; 10 minutes from the Walled City.) Ask for Pierino Gallo Plaza in El Laguito. This is a tan-colored two-story building located between the Caribe and Hilton Hotels. Walk upstairs to the upper level and look for the signs saying “Leland W. Miles – Mister Emerald”.
